Terms and Conditions of Travel with Andino Tours Peru
ANDINO TOURS PERU in this document, wants to offer you the best vacations in Peru, so we recommend that you carefully read and obey the instructions of your sales agent.
ANDINO TOURS PERU is considered one of the safe agencies in Cusco. Because it has the documents accredited by regulatory entities of TOURISM IN PERU
1.- Our prices include:
All services specifically mentioned in each itinerary are included in the regular price. Prices do not include taxes and are subject to change without notice until the client pays in full for the contracted services.
2.- Our prices DO NOT include:
Visa fees – Passport processing fees – Personal tips, such as to guides, drivers, bellboys, etc. Transfers where not specified – Excess baggage – Airport taxes and/or entrance fees to National Parks, Nature Reserves or Wildlife Reserves not specified in the itinerary – Extras of any kind or expenses that are not properly specified in the itineraries. Flights.
3.-Reservations:
All reservations are subject to confirmation until full payment for services is received.
If a specific agreement has been reached between the company and the client, the reservation can be confirmed with a partial payment of 40% for packages with standard category hotels and 65% for packages with superior and luxury category hotels. However, the balance must be paid before the start of the services.
Payments for our services can only be made as indicated in our payment methods. Once the reservation of the tourist package is confirmed to the client by means of an e-mail with a confirmation code, it will be guaranteed, except for cancellation for reasons stated under the title of responsibilities which are totally beyond the company’s control.
The prices offered are net prices and do not include transaction costs. For payments sent by Paypal, Western Union, and credit card payments, transaction costs will be borne by the Customer.
Hotel confirmations are subject to availability. If there is no space at the selected hotel, another hotel of similar category and price will be provided.
Regarding cancellations, returns and refunds, these will be regulated by the terms and conditions.
If the trip has to be shortened or extended for unforeseen reasons or for reasons of force majeure not attributable to the company, the costs incurred by this situation will be the sole responsibility of the clients.
4.- Cancellations and modifications:
On behalf of the company: ANDINO TOURS PERU. reserves the right to cancel the tour with justification in the following circumstances:
Force majeure. The total amount received up to that point will be refunded, less the costs of the bank transaction carried out and the corresponding administrative costs, as well as any cancellation charges for pre-paid services, if applicable.
On the part of the client: All cancellations and voluntary changes in contracted programs must be notified in writing to ANDINO TOURS PERU.
For early cancellations and/or voluntary changes to contracted programs, the applicable costs, once the percentage corresponding to the provider(s) and administrative expenses have been deducted, will be subject to the following penalty rates:
- Between 45 and 31 days before 25%,
- 30 and 15 days before 50%,
- 14 and 7 days before 75%,
- Less than 7 days 100%
Regardless of the cancellation date, discounts will be applied for sending money for reservations as well as any expenses incurred for the refund.
Tickets to Machu Picchu and all the Circuits, Inca Trail to Machu Picchu are NON-REFUNDABLE OR MODIFIABLE, so if there is any modification or cancellation, these tickets will not be refunded and cannot be changed. See more restrictions.
In the event that the cancellation/voluntary change in contracted programs is made more than 45 days in advance, only the administrative costs will be charged and, if applicable, the penalty corresponding to the airline(s), hotels, trains, tickets issued and other contracted services.
In case of long weekends, Easter tours, high season (May, June, July, August), Christmas and New Year tours, regardless of how far in advance the services are cancelled, they are penalized with 50% of the cost of the service, up to 15 days before the travel date.
Once the service has started, the provisions for cancellation and voluntary withdrawal of services will apply.
Passengers who voluntarily decide not to use any service included in the tour program will not be entitled to any refund for such services. There is no refund for any unused services, including transfers, excursions and hotel reservations.
5.- Claims:
Any claim you wish to make must be addressed, within 10 days of the end of the trip or the event that motivated it, to the following email address: info@andinotoursperu.com
After this period, no claims will be accepted.
6.- Documentación:
It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of each passenger to have all the documentation in order for the trip. The passenger must be in possession of a valid passport and the visas required according to the chosen itinerary. Failure by the client to comply with the above will result in the loss of the right to any refund. The consequences of any failure to comply and any expenses arising as a result thereof will be the responsibility of the traveller. The same will occur when the authorities of any country refuse to allow the passenger to enter.
7.- Responsibilities:
Bookings are accepted on the understanding that they appreciate the potential risks inherent in adventure travel and that any visits, excursions or expeditions, as listed in our programs, are undertaken at their own discretion. It is also important to understand that the most meticulous arrangements can go wrong.
ANDINO TOURS PERU is committed to providing its services with the necessary diligence, so that the entire trip goes perfectly, we will strive to serve you in the best possible way.
ANDINO TOURS PERU assumes no responsibility for force majeure, weather phenomena or natural phenomena that may occur before or during the trip, or for any eventuality that may cause the service to be cancelled, or cause discomfort, or for any delay or obstruction of your trip in any way and does not guarantee failure on the part of the company.
8.- Customer acceptance
The client declares to know and accept the present general conditions of contract and said acceptance is ratified by means of any of the following acts:
- Partial or full payment for services contracted before the start of the trip, by any form or method.
- Acceptance of the invoice for the contracted services.
- By using any portion of the contracted services.
- The balance of the service cost must be paid in cash on the first day before the service begins in cash in the currency in which the service contract was made; in case of using magnetic or electronic means, the client will assume the costs that these cause.
- The company may use photographic images or videos during the excursions, which may be used for advertising purposes only.

9.- Air tickets (not included)
Prices and fares for airline tickets are subject to availability and change without notice until they have been issued. Schedules, itineraries, flight numbers and times of these tickets are subject to change until the date of travel by the airline. All reservations for airline tickets will be subject to confirmation until full payment for the tickets has been received and until they have been issued. Airline tickets for refunds and cancellations will apply the policies established by the Airline. The Travel Agency is not responsible for situations that may affect the service, and the Airline is responsible.
10.- Train Transportation Service (not included)
Prices and fares for train tickets are subject to availability and change without notice until they have been issued. The schedules, itineraries and timetables of these tickets are subject to change until the date of travel by the train operator. All reservations for train tickets will be subject to confirmation by email, once confirmation is received there is no room for voluntary or involuntary cancellation or annulment. Payments must be made within the period established by the travel agency, payments can be made in cash or with credit or debit cards from our website (6% commission surcharge). Tickets issued for the train transport service do not allow refunds, do not allow route changes and do not allow date changes. Any extra consumption not clearly specified as included will have to be paid directly by the passenger and will be the sole responsibility of the passenger and the train operator for any unpaid consumption.
